![]() This app is terrible if your thinking about making some money on the side. We would like to help you with your concerns, please send us an email via so that we can take a closer look into the matter. It's important to us that we make the platform better for both customers and professionals. Thank you for sharing your feedback with us regarding your experience. and don’t bother defending yourself becuz they don’t want to hear it they already ripping cleaners off they charging the customer $230 while the cleaner only make $68… no matter how bad the house is or how big the house they still pay you $68 while they charge the customer for everything extra and sometimes the customers told me they pay they like $286… really sad wen the cleaners do all the work and supply the cleaning products… Do yourself a favor and don’t get involved with this app… they don’t care about the cleaners all they care about is making money off of your hard work while you work yourself to the bone for scraps… they don’t even have the balls to back you up when a client is lying… when u work for them u are guaranteed to work yourself to death for pennies and your money is a gamble because they will take it back from you if the customer say any tiny thing. Although the replacement process is straightforward, I would have preferred the more environmentally friendly (and less expensive) option to have a removable and washable basket.I wish I can give them a negative 1… the support team is very un- professional, rude, and just plain nasty toward cleaners and they are NOT clear on they rules and charging fees for no reason… if you show up at the house and the customer is a no show you suppose to get paid for the job… wrong … if the customer lie and said they were there they charge you a$125 fee even if you got the prof u were there. The bag can last for months without needing to be replaced, and when it does need replacing, the app and an LED on the station will remind you to do so. The latter is mostly useful if you're bothered by the noise produced while the T10 empties itself, and if you prefer to trigger the self-cleaning process manually.īesides replacing the bag, the self-cleaning station requires virtually no maintenance and care. The app also lets you customize how often you want the T10 to self-empty itself, such as after every cycle, every other one, after three, or never. Surprisingly, little to no dirt makes its way out during the operation, and all the grunge securely transfers from the T10 to the station's bag. Once docked, the somewhat loud process sucks out almost all the dirt from the vacuum's dust bin to prepare for another cleaning cycle. It docks seamlessly with excellent navigation and always manages to find its way back to the station and attach without any assistance. Thanks to its docking station, the Ultenic T10 requires little maintenance it can automatically empty its dust bin into the station's bag. If you happen to live in a particularly large home, the robot can automatically charge itself before resuming its mission. It can easily last two to three hours, which is more than enough time to clean an entire house. Whichever mode you're using, the T10's battery will have your back. Instead, it merely sweeps floors with fresh water, which gives them a nice sparkle when needed, but it won't be enough to clean stains and tough dirt. Also, the mop is only humidified during the cycle, but it doesn't vibrate or scrub the floors. #Handy pro reviews install#Then, you have to manually install and remove the mop every time you use it, in addition to cleaning it, as there is no self-cleaning feature.įinally, because there is no receptacle, you won't be able to leave the mop on if you have a hardwood floor since a wet mop may damage hardwood. First, you have to manually remove the dust bin to refill the water tank, which is relatively small and may not be enough for a large house. #Handy pro reviews manual#The mopping feature is decent, although not very advanced, mainly because it requires a lot of maintenance and manual tasks. ![]()
